This group includes students enrolled in a range of future-focused programmes such as the <strong data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"591\">Master of Management<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"631\">Master of Management in Healthcare<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"667\">Master of Business Informatics<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"713\">Bachelor of Business Information Systems<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"760\">New Zealand Diploma in Business (Level 5)<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"830\">Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Early Childhood Education)<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"1132\">To support a successful academic beginning, a series of <strong data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"948\">orientation sessions were held from 20 to 27 March 2025<\/strong>. These sessions were designed to familiarise students with ICL\u2019s academic environment, expectations, and the comprehensive support systems available throughout their learning journey.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-270c779 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"270c779\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-26625e3 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"26625e3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f2892c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f2892c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>ICL\u2019s experienced leadership team delivered the academic orientation sessions: For business programmes, Academic Manager, <strong data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1482\">Associate Professor Dr. Syed Jamali <\/strong>and Programme Manager and Lecturer <strong data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1245\">Premalatha Sampath<\/strong> provided essential guidance and overviews for the business programmes, including curriculum insights, academic expectations, and student responsibilities, and for our Early Childhood Education students, <strong>Programme Manager Meripa Toso<\/strong>, supported by her teaching team conducted an engaging session focused on programme structure, professional teaching standards, and practicum preparation\u2014laying the foundation for a meaningful career in early childhood education.<\/p><p>In addition to academic sessions, students were introduced to ICL\u2019s <strong data-start=\"2102\" data-end=\"2130\">student support services<\/strong>, covering everything from academic mentoring and library resources to wellbeing services and career support.
