Ray<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"ekit-team-modal-position\">Academic Director of ICL Graduate Business School<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ekit-team-modal-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i> PhD in Digital Media and Communication at University of Auckland. <br>\nMaster of International Communication from the University of Leeds, UK. <br>\nMaster of Political Science from the University of Calcuta, India. <br>\nRecipient of the Te Huarau scholarship from TeachNZ\n<\/i>\n<br>\n<br>                                                                        \nPaula Ray completed her PhD at the University of Auckland, on Digital Media and Communication. She got her last Master\u2019s degree on International Communication from the University of Leeds, UK; her first Master\u2019s was on Political Science from the University of\nCalcutta, India. She is also a registered teacher, and a recipient of the Te Huarau scholarship from TeachNZ. Before returning to academics, she was a senior journalist in India and the UK, a passion she currently pursues from NZ.<br>\n<br>\nShe was instrumental in the launch of two news dailies, Mumbai Mirror and Pune Mirror, in the latter, as the features editor, under the Times of India Group. Later, she became the London correspondent for several news publications in India, while working as the production manager for Credit Today, a credit industry B2B publication based in London. She currently writes for the BBC, Forbes magazine and Stuff. <br>\n<br>\nAn experienced communications and research specialist, for the past decade and half, she has been working in the tertiary sector in NZ, at the University of Auckland as well as Massey University. Currently, she is the Academic Director at ICL Graduate Business School, as well as a\nSupervisor for Masters and Doctoral Projects. <br>\n<br>\nDigitally curious, especially about its impact on users, Paula\u2019s research blends academic knowledge with industry experience. She is a published author \u2013 as an academic in widely recognised peer-reviewed journals and edited books, and as a journalist and a non-fiction writer. <br>\n<br>\nPaula\u2019s areas of expertise and interest in academic research include: <br>\nDigital transformation and Innovation; Digital Media and Marketing Communication; Cultural Studies and Digital Identity; Digital Media and Migrant Studies; Diversity and Inclusivity among Women Entrepreneurs in NZ; Gender Studies and the Fourth Wave of the Feminist Movement; He teaches postgraduate business courses and supervises Master\u2019s students. His expertise includes programme development and evaluation, moderation, and assessment design. Jamali\u2019s research interests include curriculum, international students, motivation, behavioural psychology, leadership, and gender and cultural studies.<br>\n<br>\nJamali began his career as an intern teacher and has worked in various academic, research, training, and managerial roles in different countries. Mackenzie-Bowie has a Master\u2019s in Children\u2019s Literature from the University of Surrey and a BA (Hons) from the University of Stirling. He has over 30 years of experience in business schools, language schools and state education, in teaching, administration, sales and marketing.<br>\n<br>\nEwen was on the Board of ITENZ for two years, was Chairman of the Board of Richmond Road School for six years and was Chairman of English New Zealand in 2015.<br>\n<br>\nEwen has had a paper on the poetry of Richard Edwards published in The Journal of Children\u2019s Literature Studies (UK) and papers on children\u2019s literature in the first three editions of the ICL Journal.
