Welcoming the March 2025 Intake: A Strong Start for a Bright Future
20-27 March 2025 | ICL Education Centre

ICL Graduate Business School was proud to welcome a new cohort of aspiring professionals as part of our March 2025 intake. This group includes students enrolled in a range of future-focused programmes such as the Master of Management, Master of Management in Healthcare, Master of Business Informatics, Bachelor of Business Information Systems, New Zealand Diploma in Business (Level 5), and the Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Early Childhood Education).

To support a successful academic beginning, a series of orientation sessions were held from 20 to 27 March 2025. These sessions were designed to familiarise students with ICL’s academic environment, expectations, and the comprehensive support systems available throughout their learning journey.

ICL’s experienced leadership team delivered the academic orientation sessions: For business programmes, Academic Manager, Associate Professor Dr. Syed Jamali and Programme Manager and Lecturer Premalatha Sampath provided essential guidance and overviews for the business programmes, including curriculum insights, academic expectations, and student responsibilities, and for our Early Childhood Education students, Programme Manager Meripa Toso, supported by her teaching team conducted an engaging session focused on programme structure, professional teaching standards, and practicum preparation—laying the foundation for a meaningful career in early childhood education.

In addition to academic sessions, students were introduced to ICL’s student support services, covering everything from academic mentoring and library resources to wellbeing services and career support. These services play a crucial role in helping students navigate their academic and personal development throughout their time at ICL.

The week-long orientation also gave students the opportunity to meet their peers, connect with lecturers, and begin forming friendships and professional networks that will support them throughout their studies and beyond.

At ICL, we take pride in cultivating a learning environment that is inclusive, practical, and globally focused. We are excited to accompany our March 2025 students as they begin this new chapter.
