My eQuals is New Zealand and Australia’s official tertiary credentials platform for universities, TAFEs and tertiary education providers. It makes it easy for Education Providers, Learners and Verifiers to view, share and verify certified tertiary credentials online.

My eQuals is a trusted and secure platform that ICL Graduate Business School uses to issue and certify official academic credentials for our students and graduates.
Through My eQuals, ICL ensures the integrity and authenticity of every qualification certificate and transcript by using advanced digital security and encryption. This eliminates the risk of document tampering or fraud and guarantees that all credentials issued by ICL are genuine and verifiable.
Once notified that their credentials are available, learners can easily authenticate and access them through their personal My eQuals account. From there, they can view, download, and securely share their verified documents anytime and anywhere — whether for employment opportunities, further study, professional registration, government verification, or international recognition.
My eQuals provides a simple, reliable, and globally accepted way for ICL learners to manage and share their achievements with confidence.

Once your official document has been issued, you will receive an email notification from ICL Graduate Business School containing a link to access your My eQuals account.
If you are using My eQuals for the first time, you will be asked to register. After registration, you will receive a second email with a link to verify and activate your account. Please ensure that you register and log in using the same email address to which the notification was sent — this is required to view and access your official ICL documents.
The Graduate Verification Service (GVS) allows employers and other authorised organisations to verify the qualifications of ICL大学院ビジネススクール graduates quickly and securely. This service provides real-time verification, helping to streamline the employment and credential validation process.

GVS operates through the My eQuals platform used by ICL Graduate Business School, ensuring that all data remains protected and that verification occurs only with your explicit consent.
You have full control over who can verify your ICL qualifications. When a prospective employer registered with GVS requests verification as part of their recruitment process, you will receive a text message or a secure link asking for your consent and some basic details to allow GVS to confirm your credentials.
If an employer is not registered with GVS, you can easily share your certified qualification documents directly through your My eQuals account.
While ICL Education Group uses My eQuals as our primary and most secure digital verification platform, we understand that some organisations may be unable to access My eQuals due to system, regulatory, or regional restrictions.
In these cases, qualification and document verification can be requested directly through our Registrar.
Authorised organisations (e.g., employers, education providers, government agencies, or background screening services) may submit a verification request by email with the relevant student details and supporting documentation.
Please include:
- Student’s full name
- Date of birth
- Student ID number (if available)
- Qualification or programme completed
- Year of completion
- Copy of the certificate or document to be verified
- Written consent from the student (where applicable)

For security and privacy reasons, verification information will only be released to authorised parties and may require student consent in accordance with New Zealand privacy legislation.
