Kicking off the ICL Graduate Business School Speaker Series 1 2025 Wednesday, 9 April 2025 | ICL Education Centre We were proud to launch the first session of our brand-new ICL Graduate Business School Speaker Series on Wednesday, 9 April 2025, at the ICL Education Centre in Auckland. This initiative aims to enrich the academic experience of our students by connecting them with accomplished industry professionals, thought leaders, and innovators who are shaping the future of business. For our inaugural event, we had the pleasure of welcoming Flavio Hangarter as our guest speaker. Flavio is a highly respected expert in the fields of digital transformation, product innovation, and emerging technologies.

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of welcoming our new Business and ECE (Early Childhood Education) students for the November intake. This marks a significant milestone for our institution as our largest intake to date, with over 300 students across all programmes—a testament to the school’s resilience and dedication post-pandemic. To help students kickstart their academic journey, we conducted thorough orientation sessions both in-person and online. These sessions provided essential academic guidance and introduced students to the valuable resources available to support their success. On the 31st of October, our ICL students’ lounge transformed into a vibrant space celebrating the magic of Diwali. This beautiful festival, known as the Festival of Lights, symbolises the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. It’s a time of unity, celebration, and spreading joy. Our Marketing Team poured creativity into every detail, crafting an inviting atmosphere with decorations and a well-organised celebration. Students from all backgrounds gathered to experience the richness of Diwali, enjoying delicious traditional treats, engaging music, and the spirit of community. 2024 ICL graduates proudly stand at the commencement of their graduation ceremony. On the momentous date of Tuesday, 1st October 2024, ICL Graduate Business School commemorated the academic achievements of its students from a diverse array of programmes. The ceremony celebrated the graduation of students who had successfully completed Undergraduate Diplomas, Graduate and Postgraduate Diplomas, as well as Master’s Degrees in the fields of Business, Business Informatics, and Early Childhood Education. ICL Graduate Business School is pleased to announce the introduction of a new 1 year academic programme: the Master of Management by Thesis Level 9. This programme reflects our commitment to addressing the evolving needs of industry and academia. The Master of Management by Thesis programme is intended for individuals who have previously completed postgraduate studies at Level 8 in business or related fields. Additionally, it is suitable for those who hold a Level 8 qualification in any discipline, as long as they have a minimum of 3 years of relevant managerial and practical experience. We are thrilled to announce the overwhelming success of our recent Paint & Sip workshop at ICL, instructed by the wonderful Eli from Sunrise Art, a young talented artist based in Auckland. During the workshop, Eli skillfully guided our students through an engaging afternoon filled with creativity and enjoyment.
