Master of Management (Project Management)

The Master of Management with specialisation in Project Management aims to enable students to critically examine contemporary management theories and practices while developing advanced expertise in project and programme management. The programme prepares graduates to conduct applied research and apply strategic and analytical approaches to lead, manage, and transform organisations in an environment of ubiquitous and continuous change.

Building on prior undergraduate study in business, management, or related disciplines, this specialisation equips students with high-level knowledge and practical capabilities in project management. It integrates core management and leadership principles with specialised competencies in project planning, execution, governance, and evaluation.

Graduates will develop the capability to plan, lead, and evaluate complex projects and programmes by applying advanced project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and risk management principles to deliver strategic organisational outcomes. The programme emphasises culturally responsive and globally relevant approaches, preparing graduates to operate effectively in diverse and dynamic environments.

Through a combination of theoretical frameworks and applied research, students will gain the skills to manage project lifecycles, allocate resources effectively, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organisational objectives. Graduates are prepared to become skilled practitioners and strategic leaders within project management.
