They also introduced BestStart\u2019s Manaaki Pathways programme, which supports new teachers through structured induction and mentoring as they begin their professional journeys.<\/p><p>The speakers highlighted the importance of ongoing professional development, explaining how development plans and the Professional Growth Cycle help teachers strengthen their practice and continue growing throughout their careers. They also spoke about initiatives such as Mana Hauora, where wellbeing ambassadors help support staff wellbeing, alongside BestStart\u2019s strong commitment to health and safety as a core
